Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Season shrip with salt & pepper. Place a large skillet on high heat, and add 2tbspolive oil. Once oil is hot, add shrimp and sauté on high for 2 minutes. Add 6 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute. Add the cold butter reduce the heat to medium and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and add ¼ c italian parsley and ½ lemon juices
