Kale, Grapefruit, Mint, Toasted Coconut Flakes, and Hazelnuts. Dressing = 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper Method: Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl adding the olive oil last.
